Two entitlements assigned to Absence

Summary:

I recently created a new Sickness plan. When adding a new absence to an employee, the new absence plan entitlement is being assigned. But one of the other entitlements is also being applied at the same time, which is incorrect?

How can I stop multiple sickness entitlements being applied to Sick Leave?
