Is there any functionality in Goals Management to automatically sequence goals based on goal entry?

Summary:

Our client requirement is to sequence performance goals under employee goals based on goals sequence like which goal is entered first and which goal is entered last by the employee. Is there any functionality in HCM Oracle Fusion Goals Management Module to automatically sequence goals based on what goal is entered first and what goal is entered last into the system and same sequence should be maintained in Performance Document.
