OTL Redwood Timecard Dynamic Search

Summary:

We had the dynamic search working previously where you can type the word in the projects to come up but now it doesn't work, it only picks up the first values in the search bar.

For example when we put the word - Book , all project names that have book in it would come up even if it is near the end but now it only works but typing in the first values.

We can't seem to figure out why the dynamic search is not working
