How to revoke deleted enrollments back in PRODUCTION environment

Hi, we are facing an issue in the production environment. We mistakenly deleted enrollments through the absence process (Enrollment Deletion) for the floating holiday plan. During the process, we canceled it midway. We are unsure how many employees were affected. can anyone guide us how to revoke the process ( enrollments) without affecting any employees?
