Absence accrual payment in every pay period

Hi,

I have a requirement to pay the accrual amount earned in the same repeating period.

Example: Employee earned 4 hours in a Bi-weekly period then they should get paid out those 4 hours in the same period in payroll.

Can we achieve this without manually disburse for each employee or not? If yes, please provide your inputs.
