Seeking your assistance and guidance regarding a few aspects of our performance goals approval notifications:

Goal Description

We currently use the long description for performance goals to utilize rich text features, while the short description appears in the email notifications. Could you please guide us on how we might adjust this configuration?


Priority Field Visibility

Although we do not use the priority field when creating performance goals and have it hidden, it is showing up in the notification emails as ‘Medium’ by default. Could you assist us in addressing this issue?
Inclusion of Links in Notifications:

Managers do not have links in the notification emails to access Oracle for approving performance goals, similar to the links available when participant feedback is requested. Could you provide advice on how to integrate these links?
