Need to customize Approve invoice manager layout screen

Summary:

When we click on Approve Invoice one screen will appear but I am not able to find the manager layout of this.

What is the manager layout for the below screen?

Requirement here is I want to set currency SAR as by default but by default it is coming as USD. I used user preference as SAR to this user role but still it is showing USD by default.

Can you please help me on this?
