Existing Time Layout Sets with Payroll Time Consumer is not allowed to check

Summary:

Hi Team,

Our customer already live with OTL with Project Costing Time Consumer for Layout Sets.
Now, we got requirement to enable Payroll elements to capture Overtime. But for existing layout sets, the payroll consumer sets is grey out. Please suggest is it feasible to enable both Payroll & Project costing for existing Layouts sets or any other setups to be consider to enable payroll.

Is it feasible in the system to amend with payroll for all the setups which is already live with Project costing. Please share your inputs.
