Unable to fine 'Celebrate Event' in 24D Touchpoints and Celebrate

Summary:

As per 24D we can see as Me > Touch points > Actions > 'Recognize'

Prior to 24 D we used as Me > Touch Points > Actions > 'Celebrate Event' - For Birthday, announcements , etc.,

In 24 D new feature unable to use the same format as 'Celebrate Event',

Any option replaced with 'Celebrate Event', please suggest.
