Mass Approve All Performance Goals

Need the ability to HR or HCM IT to mass approve all goals that have NOT been approved.

We have a business need that if goals are sitting for a long period (stuck), then HR can mass approve all of them at one go; while I understand that in the transaction console we have the ability to select multiple goals, that is not the ask.
