Assigning different plans
Hi Experts, @Mahi
We have hired couple of employees (A and B) with the same details and hire dates nothing is different for them. However for each employee different plans are assigned automatically. What could be the reason?
How different plans are assigned to these employees automatically when both employees are having same data?
How can it be configured like this?
Ex:
A employee entitled 20 days vacation plan.
B employee entitled for 40 days vacation plan.
Can anyone answer for this question or scenario?
