workforce schedule rotating schedule

We have the following schedules setup which corresponds to the following below(let's say all were setup on January 1, 2024)
Schedule 1 M-F 8hrs a day
Schedule 2 T-F - 10hrs a day
Schedule 3 W-Sat - 10hrs a day
Schedule 4 W-Sun - 8 hrs a day
Schedule 5 T-Sat - 8 hrs a day

Scenario:

Let's say someone gets hired on the week of January 8, 2024 and they will be assigned Sch4.. then they have to count from 4 backwards until they reach January 1 and assign
that corresponding to the schedule so it gets assigned correctly.

So based on the statement above if we were only to use schedule 4 as an example.
