Goal Subtype field not showing any values even though its configured in the HRG_SUB_TYPE_CODE

Summary:

We are loading performance Goal Library using HDL and we dont find the sub type values in the drop down coming even though its configured in HRG_SUB_TYPE_CODE. We tried manually too by adding a goal and the subtype is blank . We tried using HDL on few Item Text attributes and still the sub type is not loading . can you please let us know the attribute for Goal subtype in HDL @Naga Madhuri-Oracle / @Krishnaveni.B -Oracle can you please help us with this
