How to make Line Manager Dashboard available to HR Admin Role

We want to make Line Manager Dashboard available to HR Admin as it shows nice graphical reports for talent modules.

Oracle SR confirmed that "Line Manager" Role is needed to make LM Dashboard fetch some data.

But we have some users who are HR Admins and they do not have Line manager Role.

So how can we make LM Dashboard work for HR Admins

  1. Do we need to find that special privilege in Line Manager Role and add it in our custom HR Admin role ?
  2. Can anyone help us with the name of that privilege? or how to find it out?
