Hi Team,

Below is the requirement:

The user got Globally transferred from February 20th 2025.

Now in the current record he is able to apply leave even the balance is zero and the balance is falling to negative.

Need to write validation Fast Formula to prevent them from applying leave only for the employees who got Global Transferred.

What are the parameters we can use. Please suggest how to achieve this.
