"Not rated yet" comment for a completed Performance document

Summary:

We have not enabled ratings in the Performance document. Still, after completing the document we are getting "Not rated yet" in Employee ratings field

As per the client requirement, we are not using/enabling Employee and Manager ratings. So we don't need the rating section or overall summary section. We have just used Goals and questionnaire section without ratings. But, after completing the performance document, we are getting the text 'Not rated yet'. Kindly help us to disable the text.
