REDWOOD: Goal Weight not visible

Hi everyone,

NOTE: When defining Goal Plan I have set the Enable Weights flag to Yes for Goal Weight.

Navigate to : Me > Career and Performance > Goals Center

When I am trying to add a new goal to an employee goal weight field is not visible. How can I make the weight field visible?

Please assist.
