How is Access Time Work Area (HWM_MANAGE_TIME_WORK_AREA_PRIV) assigned to Line Manager role?

Summary:

Client is reviewing license usage; SaaS Usage Metrics Drill Through states OTL Cloud Service count of users is triggered by two privileges:
HWM_MANAGE_TIME_WORK_AREA_PRIV (Access Time Work Area)
HWM_TIME_MANAGEMENT_WORK_AREA_PRIV

In order to reduce user count, client is looking to remove HWM_MANAGE_TIME_WORK_AREA_PRIV from their custom Employee role and create a discrete OTL for Employee role, as not all employees require access to OTL.

Security console is also showing HWM_MANAGE_TIME_WORK_AREA_PRIV is used by both seeded Line Manager role and their custom Line Manager role, however there's nothing in the role which ties back to this privilege.
