REDWOOD: Team Time Cards (main landing page) - how to disable/hide checkbox to select timecards

Summary:

Client requires that Manager/OTL Admin should not be able to multi select timecards and approve, rather they should open the timecard, review and then approve. We want to hide this checkbox so nobody should be able to multi select.

We have an ongioning SR and oracle mentioned that

In express mode 'configure fields and regions' button is not available.

'configure fields and regions' will appear on pages only when there is an option to define business rules which is not available on all pages at the moment.

Question: We want to find out is there any way (either through Express mode or Advanced mode) , we can hide this checkbox?
