Hide Request Info for AP Invoice approval email notifications

Summary: I followed the instructions in Support # KB6939 and it's still not working. The AP Invoice approval email notifications are still showing the Request Info button on them. I did find a note from 2020 on this forum which said to update the Notification template, but since this KB was from 2024, I figured it was the right way to do it.

Instructions are simple:

1. Login into Fusion Application > Go to bell notifications > More Details > Administration > Task Configuration

2. Go to FinApInvoiceApproval > Notification Tab > Delete Request Info

3. Go to Access Tab > Actions > Uncheck the Assignee/Individual Access to "Information Request" Task Actions and Commit the changes
