Not able to search "Create Unified Version of Time Layout Sets" flow

Hi,

Have added common lookup and I do not have any issues with my roles, I can access Payroll. But I cannot see only this flow. I asked this before, see below link.

Not able to search "Create Unified Version of Time Layout Sets" flow

Because of this not able to create Unified layouts and few of the timecard settings does not work. We have create them manually.

Could you let us know if there is any Process I should run or any specific Privilege I should add?
