Redwood UI - 2 Error Messages are not displayed at the same time

Summary:

2 Error messages are not being shown in timecard while an employee enters timecard. Once the 1st error is fixed and click on Submit that's when 2nd error appears. How can we fix this?

Ideally employees should see both the error message at a time as we see it in Classic and RUI.
