Sort by First Name on My Team Redwood Goals Page

Hi Team

As Line Manager on Goal center page we do have the ability to sort by Name, A to Z but in the goal page we have sorting by Last Name, A to Z. Is there option to turn on the sorting on Goals page by Name, Ato Z as well.
