Performance Management for New Hire (PIP) – Performance Improvement Plan
Our client has a new requirement in Performance Management for New Hire (PIP) – Performance Improvement Plan.
The objective is to evaluate the new hire's performance in the first three months (Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3) with the Branch Head before confirmation.
