When manager sets goal for employee it should go for approval through perf doc in redwood.
We have a requirement from client, which is regarding once the goals are set for employee it should go for approval to calibration manager through performance document itself not from goal management because through goal management it will send approval for each goal where as we want to send approval for setting the goals only. How can I achieve this through redwood pages.
Is there is no alternative solution to this for raising the request. As I just need approval prior to evaultion by Line manager for PIP process. As the bussiness sceniro is talent admin releases document for all employees have 1, 2 rating but line manger should have say in the same where he can approve or reject the request and after it goes for an approval to calibration manager for final approval. Where if line manager doesn't approve he will simply not set goals but how can we take approval.
