What privilege is needed to allow workers to delete goals

Summary: What privilege in Employee Abstract role is corresponding to the ability of the worker to show three dots when seeing the goal and delete the goal?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): when a worker adds performance goals to their goal plan, we need them to allow 'delete' option. when I add the standard Oracle Employee Abstract role to a test worker, I show 3 dots on the right side of the goal and can delete the goal. With our custom Employee Abstract role, the worker does not show the 3 dots to delete their goal. What privilege should I add to allow the workers to delete their goals pls?
