Redwood: Not able to see all the departments in Library goals

Hi Experts,

While creating Library Goals i am not able to find all the departments.

I ran this process name: Scheduled job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS

index name is fa-hcm-organization

But no Luck still not able to see all the departments.
