Cannot cancel Global Transfer work relationship child absence record is blocking transaction

Summary:

We need to cancel a Global Transfer Work Relationship to re-enter with a correct start date. Receiving this error message stating a child absence record is blocking the transaction. I cannot locate this record to remove. Any thoughts?
