Remove Reservation from Back to Back Sales Order with Work Order Source

Summary:

For Back to Back Orders where the source is Make / Manufacture, Order Management orchestration creates a work order automatically. When the Work Order is created automatically, Oracle sets Reservation for the sales order with the supply as Work Order. This is standard functionality.
We have a need to have the work order created but the automatic reservation has to be disabled. Is this possible by tweaking the order orchestration task?
We tried removing the reservation step from order orchestration, but that doesn't help. The DOO_Supply Activity has to be tweaked and the reservation step has to be removed.
