Check Eligibility feature is not working for users with performance admin role

Performance admin wants to check if a person is eligible for goal plan or not so they navigate to
My client group > Goal > Goal plan > select a goal plan > check eligibility. Selects a person and effective date. Clicks on check eligibility but no results comes up.

PS: We are using redwood UI
