Modification on the configuration of the "Actual Fulfillment Date" in sales orders for service items
I need to automatically update the "Actual Fulfillment Date" when the Pause Task is released in a Sales Order for service items. Currently, the system updates the date only when the order line is closed, after invoicing.
I would like to understand:
- What is the standard system behavior in this case?
- Is it possible to configure the orchestration process to update this field automatically when the Pause Task is released?
- What are the exact steps to implement this change?
