Issue with Performance Template Notification Triggering

Summary:

We have observed that the current functionality of the performance template sends notifications only to the recipient based on task completion. For example, when the manager completes the evaluation, a notification is triggered to the worker, and vice versa when the employee completes their evaluation.

However, our requirement is to ensure that notifications are triggered for both levels (manager and employee) at the same time, rather than sequentially. This would improve visibility and streamline the process for all stakeholders.

please confirm if this can be configured accordingly or if any customization would be needed to achieve this?
