HRHelpDesk Service Request Creation via API and Escalate to Case

We have create the HRHelpDesk Service Requests using the /crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hrHelpDeskRequests endpoint and want to now escalate teh Requests to Cases using
/crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hrHelpDeskRequests/{SRNumber}/child/smartActions/{ActionId}/action/executeAction
We are getting this error:
