Absence Balance gets copied over immediately post the Local and Global Transfer

Summary:

We have added the lookup code ANC_RESTRICT_HIRE_TERM_EVENT in the ANC_PROC_CONFIGS. This is enabled for automatic balance copy during Local and Global transfer process.

Recently we performed a Global transfer for an employee within the same LDG. The balance got copied over to new assignment. But we have an issue.

Our Global transfer date was effective 01-May-2025 ( Future dated) and transaction was performed on 05-Feb-2025. In the current assignment which is active till 30th April, Balance is updated to 0. In the new assignment all the balance from the current assignment is getting reflected correctly.
