Redwood Time Card allocation Vs Classic

Summary:

Whenever PM/RM allocates user to Project/Task it immediately reflects in the users timecard in Classic mode, whereas in redwood it doesnt appear immediately in the LOV of Project/Task.

Does it take time to reflect, probably after an hour when we check its available.

If users type in manually as well its available, but LOV is not getting reflected as in real time in Classic mode

Any face this issue?
