Journey notifications are not triggering to Home Email

Summary:

When a new journey is assigned to the employee, the journey notification is not triggering to the Home Email, used ${RecipientHomeEmail} expression in the "Journey Assigned" Alert.

Enabled the "ORA_PER_CHECKLIST_NOTIFY_HOME_EMAIL" Profile code value to Y, please let us know if i missed any.
