How to calculate average performance rating in Talent Review Meeting?

Hello All,


Please help us in understanding if there is any setup to calculate the average of last 2 years of performance rating and calculate the current rating
for an employee in Talent Review meeting.
If not, please let us know if this requirement is possible and if so how can it be achieved.
