Does the Employee Self has a Goal Upload Option not only for Admin

Summary:

The requirement is to have the option to employee him/herself can upload all the goals. Currently I see there only 'Add' Goal button and employee needs to add goals one by one.

Is there is some kind of option like download the excel and put the goals to the sheet and upload the excel back to the system.

It is easy to have such upload option for employee rather entering goals one by one.
