Work schedule - Different for fourth week

Summary:

Hello,

I currently have a requirement to create a a work pattern which is the same across weeks 1-3 (7.5 Hours across Thurs, Sat, Sun) but then for week 4 is different (7.5 Hours across Mon, Thurs, Sun).

How is this configured within Work Schedule assignment when we are currently using elapsed weekly repeating shift patterns?
