Can you add a new review period to an existing performance document?

Can I add a 2025 review period to an already existing performance document that has a 2024 review period on it? (anytime docs and performance doc)

I can see the 'add' button for a new review period but I can't get it to take so I'm not sure what I'm trying to do, can be done.
