25A - Role Delegation for Time Card keeps disappearing

Summary:

We are performing regression testing for 25A. We have delegated the 2 roles: Time Card Editor and Time Card Editor and Approver to 2 separate employees. The process works in that they can see the employee's (who has submitted time card) when we tested right away.

However, the security roles keep disappearing. The delegatee then is not able to view the time card to edit or to approve. Is anyone experiencing the same issue? Is there a job that is making the security roles get dropped? Is anyone experiencing the same?
