Part Time employee working hours in Timecard not correct

Summary:

How does working hours for part time employees gets reflected in the Time Card?

We created a new legal employer in the enterprise with 38h work week, while the rest of the legal employer has 40h work week.

We were able to reflect the 38h work week for this newly created legal employer in the time card, but for part timers' timecard, instead of showing their part time the working hours, it still shows the full 38h in the time card.

This behavior is different from an existing legal employer in the enterprise where working hours reflects in the employee's time card. Please help. I've attached the screenshots.
