What determines which performance document appears in "It's time for" banner?

Summary:

Customer has three distinct performance documents created via the Eligibility Batch process - Quarterly Review #1,

Quarterly Review #2 and Annual Performance Review. Each has a set of Due Dates, all of which are in the future. The earliest due date is for Quarterly Review #1 (Self Evaluation on 11/27/2025). Yet in "It's time for…" banner in Me>Career and Performance, it's the Annual Performance Review (earliest due date is 2/11/2026) that is shown. Why?
