Any possibilities to restrict time request changes for past month?

We Have a requirement to restrict "Request Time Change" only for last month

Can anyone suggest me how to restrict the "Request Time Change". As per the requirement, we need to restrict the employee to apply the current month time changes only, Is it possible because the system allows to select the last year's date as well. Please advise on this?
