Blank page display when manager want to edit goal submited to him for approval

Hello all,

After the employee submit his goals for approval to his manager:

As a Manager, in My Team / Career and Performance, search for the employee and go to Goals. The message 'Your approval is required. See details.' appears. Click on 'See details.'

As a Manager, I can see the details of the entered goals, but when I click on 'Edit info' a blank page appears, and no action is possible (see screenshots)

Have you already encountered this issue? If yes, how did you solve it please? or if you have any idea of how to solve this please advise
