While testing the "View Scheduling Rule Sets" privilege (HTS_VIEW_SCHEDULING_RULE_SETS_PRIV), I noticed that it unexpectedly allows users to create and edit rule sets. This behavior seems inconsistent with the privilege's intended purpose, which should be limited to viewing only? Can someone please confirm whether oracle has enabled this privilege functionality fully or not or they have just released the privilege in 25a release?
