Tracking When a Member Leaves a Talent Pool

Hello team,

I have a question regarding Talent Pools in Oracle HCM. Is there a way to track when a member leaves a talent pool? Ideally, I would like to capture when and why a member is removed (whether manually or through system processes).

Has anyone implemented a solution for this, or is there any standard functionality available?
