How to schedule refresh HCM Group process?

Hi,

We want to set a scheduled process for HCM Group membership, but there's a problem in 'Evaluation Date' parameter.

e.g. if I scheduled this process which evaluation date is 2/1/25 with a daily run frequently, then the employees whose hire date is after 2/1/25 can't be added to this group.

How can we schedule this process to include all the eligible employees to the group in the system?
