Change Salary Page doesn't load direct reports on the landing page for MSS

Summary:

We have enabled Redwood page for the change salary page and added all necessary privileges and ran all the OSCS processes, however, the landing page is not loading list of direct reports. We can search for employees, and it works, it's just the landing page is blank.

Is there a fix for this?
