Awaiting approval leave should not be editable on existing Leave page in absence on redwood

Hi Team,

I have a requirement , employee should not have access to edit the awaiting approval leave on exisiting leave page, this was achieved in responsive page but page updated to redwood and that exisiting logic is not working. Can anyone please help if it's possible or not
